My recent trek to Sandakphu with Mr. Sekhar was an unforgettable experience. The trek itself was a moderate challenge, with stunning views of the Himalayas unfolding with every step. The highlight, of course, was the panoramic view from Sandakphu - a sight that will stay with me forever.
Our guide Mr. Sekher was knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to our needs and made the entire journey incredibly smooth. The accommodations, while basic, were clean and comfortable, especially considering the remote location.
Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Sekhar as a trek guide. He provided excellent service and ensured a safe and memorable adventure.

My solo trekking from Maneybhangyang to Sandakphu via Tumbling and Kalapokhari and back via Sepi spanning 5N & 5D has been very satisfying, enjoyable and memorable because of effective and timely guidance besides well planned handling of Logistics by Sekhar.
Sekhar is, besiedes being a well trained, skilled and certified mountaineer, a well behaved person having good communication skill in English, Hindi, Bengali and local languages. He is also found to have good contacts and network in local trasnsport and homestays.
I was looking for a trekking guide who will i) guide only me and will allow me to do trekking absolutely in my own way and as per my choices and ii) do good logistic arrangements of pick-up/drop from/to Bagdogra Airport and all fooding and lodging arrangements in good homestays/hotels during the entire 5 days/nights trekking.
At the end of the trek, I felt that Sekhar was my 'RIGHT CHOICE'. ❤
Amazing Trekking Guide!
I had an incredible experience of trekking for 4 days at Sandhakphu with Sekhar Biswakarma Ji. His knowledge of the terrain and local culture was impressive, and his professionalism and enthusiasm made the journey truly memorable. He also ensured our safety and comfort at all times, and his passion for the outdoors was infectious. I highly recommend Mr. Sekhar Biswakarma for anyone looking for an outstanding trekking adventure!
I went to Darjeeling in November 2022. As a Taiwanese, I was not allowed to enter Sikkim. I was frustrated then. Things got even better after I met Sekhar. He is a very helpful and intelligent guide. We hiked 5 days in Singalila national park. He always tried to keep me informed about the mountains, plants, and even local religion and habits. He also took care of the meals and accommodations. I enjoyed the whole journey with him very much.
